Our Beer, Beef & BBQ classes can take many formats, from watching our skilled butcher break down a forequarter of grass-fed Angus Beef to demonstrate beef cuts and butchery techniques, then either a hands on barbecue (either traditional Australian or contemporary low and slow) or cooking class followed by a sit down 3 course meal with beer presentation and tasting.
The cooking classes provide the perfect team building opportunity for work colleagues or a group of friends.
