With his love of beer and food matching, Matt has long wanted to blend the idea of sharing food with sharing beer in the same way. The idea of tapas is wonderful, its a way to savour a wide selection of smaller dishes by sharing plates with your friends. Beer tapas is exactly the same. Rather than just have just one or two different beers, it lets you share a wide selection of beers with friends, sampling a much wider range of smaller serves paired with food.  
  
Beer Tapas is designed to be a very social way to enjoy beer, the most social of beverages, while also experiencing great food matches. Most importantly, there's not a pulled pork slider or buffalo wing to be seen. These are contemporary restaurant share plates matched to beer, not dude food.
 
Matches include dishes like half-shell Kinkawooka mussels grilled with herb crumb and spicy aioli matched with Beechworth Pale Ale and Haggis scotch quail eggs paired with Rodenbach Grand Cru. Delicious! The average price of each share plate PLUS matching beer is $24, so great value.
